Air Nest | Washable-Core Breathable Crib Mattress

I am so glad I came across this mattress. For my second child, I have been looking at the Newton mattress which is supposed to help prevent SIDS. This mattress is a great alternative at a more reasonable price. The plastic mesh design, which I can only describe as like ramen noodles, not only makes it possible for a face down baby to breathe, but it's also super easy to clean and disinfect. Assembly was easier than I thought; the mattress is in three pieces that you pop into the washable cover. One side is firmer for infants and the other is softer for toddlers, which I find is an industry standard. My toddler has already tested it out and seems to find it comfortable. The quality seems excellent based on the overall construction of the mattress and durability of the washable cover. Really pleased overall and will be recommending to others.

I just assembled this today and it is very breathable. Both the mattress cover and the mattress itself. It feels kinda sticky to touch. I kinda like that it's in 3 pieces. It fits perfectly inside the crib I bought and snuggly inside the mattress cover. It seems firm and the blue side is a lot more soft to the touch. I am excited to have this as it's going to make me feel a lot safer with my baby.

This is a well made dual use baby/toddler mattress. The firm side makes it safer for babies and the soft side makes it more comfortable to toddlers. All while being breathable and extremely easy to wash. It comes in 3 sections for ease of shipping, but it also makes is easy to wash in the bath tub. If you just leave it dripping in the tub it would take around 24 hours to dry out (house humidity at 40%-50%) and it would be faster with a fan or outdoors. The zipper is not the best as it is an SBS instead of a Y2K but still better than an unbranded zipper. This is very similar to a Newton mattress with the Newton being better in quality but at the same time a lot more expensive. The Newton is a single piece (harder to clean), thicker & single density mattress with a Y2K zipper. Still, I think the price is very fair for this one.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but this mattress has exceeded my hopes. It's the closest washable option I could find to the Newton, and it made my wife laugh that the materials are advertised as less toxic. When we first opened it, there was a pretty strong odor, but it cleared up after a few days. Assembly was a little tricky on my own, but the mattress itself is wonderful.

We're using it as a floor mattress, and our baby has actually put themselves back to sleep several times instead of waking up my wife probably because it's much firmer than the pack'n play mattress we were using before. I'm also really excited about the easy-clean design; being able to spray it off instead of deep cleaning like a traditional mattress sounds amazing.

Aside from the initial smell, this mattress is perfect. We're so happy with it that I'm not even deducting a star for that.

With my first daughter we had your standard one piece crib mattress, but even with the waterproof cover the mattress still got dirty. I love the 3 piece design of this mattress, it makes cleaning a breeze. Being able to take each into the tub and spot clean is so much nicer than a solid one piece mattress. The construction and material are great as well. Very firm making it perfect for infants but the cover adds a very nice plush feel. So far we have not had any issues with the mattress losing it shape or sagging in places. The memory foam is very firm and holds it shape great. Fitment for a standard was perfect also, the size of the mattress perfectly fit my crib without any gaps making it difficult for my toddler to pull up her bed. Definitely a great design!

This is Babel mattress isn't a typical mattress with dense closed cell foam, but made from super breathable elastic fibers that form a mesh like pad that makes it super washable! Water (and other liquids) would run right through it, so it's easy to clean and I won't have to worry about it trapping any smells, leading up to mold or bacteria. The pad came in 3 pieces in compact box that's easy to put together with the included mattress cover. It's not as soft as a mattress made for adults, but this is probably a good thing for infants to prevent suffocation and SIDS. The air fiber core also helps in this aspect. I'm looking forward to using this mattress with my expected offspring in a few months!

This mattress has completely changed how I feel about sleep safety. My baby tends to roll and sleep face-down, so the breathable design gives me peace of mind I didn't have with other crib mattresses. I actually pressed my own face into it and could still breathe, which is what sold me. It's firm, supportive, and fits snugly into the crib without gaps. I love that it's fully washable even the core and the cover zips off easily and dries quickly. We've already had two midnight oopsies, and it cleaned up beautifully both times. The dual-sided feature means we'll get plenty of use as she grows, and I've already recommended it to two mom friends. It's rare to find something that hits the trifecta of safe, practical, and easy to clean but this one does.

I love how easy it is to take care of and maintain this mattress. I got it for my toddler, and it's exactly the size I was looking for. The waterproof part is perfect. I can clean the inside of the mattress in the shower with no issues. It is softer on one side and firmer on the other. It comes with 3 pieces that connect and sit as one in the special mattress cover that's included. I love how breathable it is. I highly recommend it.

Very unique and creative way to solve all of the traditional baby mattress issues. The interior components can be removed and hosed off. It looks like it would all dry rather quickly, as there's not any "fabric" that would hold on to moisture. The mattress cover is removable, so you can machine wash it to keep the mattress like new all the time. Surprisingly comfortable. It's made for a baby, so I wouldn't put a ton of weight on it. Any smells dissipate quickly once it's out of the packaging. I would let I air out for a few hours before putting the mattress together.

Buying a crib usually doesn't come with a mattress or good one at that, this product is a good replacing baby mattress for a crib as it will fit mist cribs. The materials used is comfortable with its soft plus top that is removable & washable, the inside is made of menorah foam. It did arrived in air tight packaging, so once you open it, the mattress will need 24-48hrs to fully reshape its regular size/shape as the mattress is about 3in thick & offers good sleep remedy for a baby/infant.

We've been using this for 4 months and my baby loves it so much. The quality is amazing and it's so comfortable that we had to get rid of his previous mattress because he doesn't like it anymore. It's ultra breathable, waterproof, and easy to clean, with a removable cover that makes washing simple. The value for money is great considering the comfort, durability, and peace of mind it provides, and it has really improved my baby's sleep quality.

Haven't set the crib up yet, it's a bit too early yet but this really is one great mattress. It's washable, totally washable and with a baby, that speaks volumes! It's lightweight, it's supportive and it is baby safe. It's regular crib size, all regular crib sheets fit it perfectly.

Decent mattress that is actually breathable, not Newton level of breathable but much more than a regular mattress. Great quality for the price.

It is a neat dupe version of Newton baby crib mattress. I would say it is very similar to the Newton crib mattress. The cover is also washable. The density of the "airy fiber" is very similar to Newton's. IT is a lot cheaper than Newton's baby crib. I wish I know what the fiber is made out of. I like how it is not bulging and has enough support so it can be safe for infant babies.

I ordered this crib mattress for my granddaughter, and I'm very impressed. The ultra breathable core is a huge plus for peace of mind, and the fact that the cover is machine-washable is incredibly convenient. It seems very comfortable, and the dual sided design is a great feature as she grows. I feel confident knowing she's sleeping on a safe and comfortable mattress.

This is a pretty nice crib mattress, my only issue is it came in three seperate pieces and the protector is the only thing holding it together so the protector isn't easy to get off and on. I will probably buy an additional protector i can get on and off easily

I'm really interested in this BABELIO baby mattress. The material is unlike anything I've ever seen before; to be honest, I don't even know how to describe it feels like it was made with 3D printing technology. The mattress consists of three parts that fit perfectly into the mattress cover, feeling like a single, complete mattress. The entire mattress is fully washable and can be easily reassembled, which is fantastic. The white side is firmer, which is suitable for babies, while the blue side is more elastic. Even right out of the packaging, it had absolutely no odor, which I really appreciate.

This crib mattress really surprised me.
